He is survived by: his father Joseph Denman Dubuque; his sister Melissa Dubuque; his aunts and uncles, Katie Warne (Bob), Judy Rowe (Tom), Lee Peterson and David Dubuque (Sandy); his close friend Heather Wayne (Kenny); and also Sally Dubuque.
