She was predeceased by: her parents, James Mulkey and Eunice Thompson Mulkey; her son Jack Burton; and her siblings, Evelyn Cox and Jim Mulkey.
She is survived by: her husband Jack Burton; her children, Jimmy Burton (Caroline) and Rayne Adams (Eugene); her brother Spencer Mulkey (Frances); her granddaughter Abby Adams; and her pet Sunny.
