She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Lucian Burnett, Sr. and Virginia Lena Smith Burnett of West Virginia; her brother Frank L. Burnett, Jr. (Mildred); and her son Matthew Burnett Milner. She is survived by: her sons, Benjamin Pitt Milner, III of Greenwood and David Fleming Milner (Teresa) of Abbeville; her grandchildren, Meredith Ellen Milner Lloyd (Corey) of Greenwood, Benjamin P. Milner, IV (Delaney) of Greer and Charles Emmett Milner of Greenwood; and her great grandchildren, Corinne, Charlotte and Champ Lloyd.
