He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Lloyd B. Andrew Sr. and Elizabeth Louise Frick Andrew; his daughter Joyce Andrew Rakes (Mike); and his brothers, Harry Andrew, Bob Andrew and Raymond Andrew.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Frances Burdett; his children, Cindy Andrew-Formica (Pat) of Marietta, GA and Lloyd B. Andrew, III (Deborah) of Willis, TX; his grandchildren, Spencer Rakes (Carie), Lloyd Brian Andrew IV (Victoria), Katie Andrew Grab (Kevin) and Lauren Formica; his great grandchildren, Will, Ashley Rakes, Penn, Hutch, Arch Andrew, Finn and David Grab; and his caregivers, Lloyd and Frances.
