She was predeceased by: her husband Richard "Dick" Lamar; her parents, Weldon Vaughn and Grace Vaughn; her siblings, Mary Jane Leatherwood and Wayne Palmer; and her stepson Robert McClain "Mac" Lamar.

She is survived by: her children, Gregg Marshall (Lynn) and Regan Marshall (Trish Gardner); her stepchildren, Rick Lamar (Lee Anne), Mark Lamar (Dianne) and Joy Wells (Tom); her siblings, Brenda Lancaster (Billy) and Charles Palmer (Mary Ann); her grandchildren, Kellen Marshall, Maggie Marshall, Ally Grace Marshall, Blair Lee Lamar Dooley (Patrick), Beth Ann Lamar Johnson (Adam), Robin Parrish (Lucas), Kirby Wells and Kella Wells Smith (Eddie); and her great grandchildren, Aiden, Tyler, Joseph, KayLee, John Thomas, Bryson, Logan, Madi, Ella and Nicolas.
