He is survived by: his wife Margaret Boyter Williams; his children, Michele W. Smith (Bobby) of Greenwood and Tracy Garrett (Steve) of Salem; his grandchildren, Kayla Garrett and Houston Garrett; and his siblings, James Paul Williams of Greenwood, Betty Lee Hughes (Bobby) of Hodges and Mary Lou Gibert (Ervin) of Ninety Six.
