He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. James A. McQuown and Peggy Simmons McQuown; and his brother-in-law Steve Gramling. He is survived by: his siblings, Dr. Sheri McQuown of Wellington, Neva Peagler (William) of Cross, SC, Kathleen Gunn (Monty) of Greenwood, Peggy Gramling of Moncks Corner, Mary Margaret Jackson (Bob) of Greenwood, Dr. Allan McQuown, Jr. (Nancy) of Richmond Hill, GA and Suzanna Johnston (Clyde); and his nieces and nephews, Hayes, James (Caro), Ferris, Ramsey, Diane (David), Anne (Paul), Mary, Michelle, Era (Luke), Margaret (Will), Sara, Lee (Logan), Chris (Eliza), Kevin, Emmie (Michael), Beth, Matthew, Anna, Makenzie (Hope), Victoria and Rebecca (Buckley).
