He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Baylor and Carolyn Greene; and his grandson Randall Gilliam. He is survived by: his wife Alice Elam Gilliam; his children, Russell Gilliam (Angela) of Greenwood, Reggie Gilliam of Greenwood, Brandon Gilliam of Greenwood, Christopher Williams of Greenwood and Monica Williams; and his siblings, Mary Gilliam Irving (Ricky) and Homer Gilliam (Catherine) of Greenwood.
