He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Baylor and Carolyn Greene; and his grandson Randall Gilliam. He is survived by: his wife Alice Elam Gilliam; his children, Russell Gilliam (Angela) of Greenwood, Reggie Gilliam of Greenwood, Brandon Gilliam of Greenwood, Christopher Williams of Greenwood and Monica Williams; and his siblings, Mary Gilliam Irving (Ricky) and Homer Gilliam (Catherine) of Greenwood.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Chapel of Parks Funeral Home (514 Hackett Ave, Greenwood, SC 29646). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
