It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jimmy Scurry of Greenwood, South Carolina, who passed away on April 8, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Keller Scurry and Nola Mae Parks Scurry; his grandson Christopher Griffin; and his siblings, William, Clifton Scurry, Brenda Fuller, Annie Ruth Bell, Ellen Madison and Helen Anthony.
He is survived by: his children, Timothy Williams (Amy Gibert) of Greenwood, SC, Jameica Williams of Greenwood, SC, Michelle Scurry of Atlanta, GA and Felicia Scurry of Kernersville, NC; his siblings, Howard Scurry (Hassie) of Mauldin, SC, Bertha Scurry Smith and Rosa Satterwhite (Jessie) of Greenwood, SC; his grandchildren, Christian Parks and Conner Belcher; and his great grandchildren, Leary, Madison and Lylah Griffin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
