She was predeceased by: her husband William E. Carter, Sr.; and her mother Carolee Bearden Ramsey. She is survived by: her children, Sandy Eustace of Waterloo, Billy Carter of Waterloo and Sherry Perry (Jon Perry) of Greenville; and her grandchildren, Nicole Porter of Gray Court, Will Qualls of Greenwood, Brittany Boswell of Belton, Tiffany Qualls of Belton and Samantha Perry of Greenville. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
