She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Leroy Holloway and Gladys Wash Holloway; her sister Sylvia Holloway Kortan; her niece Holley Kortan Sandri; and her grandson Carl Holloway Stroud.
She is survived by: her children, John Holloway Stroud (Ferol) of Greenwood, Gene Edwin Stroud (Peggy) of Greenwood and Carole Stroud Cash (Paul) of Kinards; her grandchildren, Keaton Stroud Rogers (Sam), Hannah Stroud Cook (Will), Jordan Elizabeth Cash, Rachael Cash Tomlinson (Harry) and Phillip Ethan Cash; her brother Carl LeRoy Holloway, Jr. (Jan); and her stepgrandsons, Raymond Theron Sivell and Andrew Gabriel Sivell. She is also survived by five great grandchildren and many beloved nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Blyth Funeral Home Chapel (1425 Montague Ave, Greenwood, SC 29649). Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Carl Holloway Stroud Memorial Scholarship Fund, South Carolina Waterfowl Association Foundation, 9833 Old River Road, Pinewood, SC 29125.
