He was predeceased by: his parents, Vashtie Walton, Sr. and Mary Lee Walton Walker; his grandmother Leola Walton; his sister Sarah Louise Coleman; his uncle James Walton; and his aunts, Annie Ruth Spears, Bertha Walton, Brenda Coleman, Gracie Rice and Ruby Lee "Joanne" Sims.
He is survived by: his children, Yashieka Danielle "Molly" Spencer of Greenwood, James Williams Walton, Jr. (Diara) of Greenville and Michael Deon Spencer of Union; his grandchildren, Ny'Asia Brianna Padgett of Greenwood and Ty'AsiaLa'Jacqueline Johnson of Greenwood; his sons, Jermelyn Williamson of Greenville, Adrianne Walton of Greenville, Cambriel Walton of Greenville, Eden Walton of Greenville and Kynnedi Walton of Greenville; his stepdaughter Holly McDonald of Union; his siblings, Vashtie Walton, Jr. (Margie) of Kelton, Willie Mack Walton of Union, Anthony Walker (Valerie) of Nassau, Mary Belle Kelly (Jessie) of Union, Myrtle Walton of Union, Albertha Walton of Union, Emma Walker of Hempstead and Pamela Rice (Cory) of Columbia; his aunt Rosa M. Norris (Melvin); his cousin Annie Dickerson (Richard) of Columbia; his niece Demetria Quantye Walton of Fayetteville; and his brother Reginald Rucker of Greenwood. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
