He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard D. Bailey and Lillian T. Bailey of Poplar Springs, SC.; his wife Brenda J. Bailey; his granddaughter Taylor L. Bailey; his brother Richard L.; his sister-in-law Harriet Bailey; his sister Jane; and his sister-in-law Kay Matthews.
He is survived by: his daughter Tammie; his son-in-law Paul Foster; his son Tim; his daughter-in-law Donna Bailey; his grandchildren, Dustin Williams (Amber), Brandie Humphries (Chris), Josh Foster, Krista Foster, Josh Bailey and Dillon Bailey (Amber); his great grandchildren, Gavin, Carstin, Addison, Grayden, Lillie, John Mason, Brenlie, Mara Lynne and Arthur; his sister Margie Patton; his siblings-in-law, Bobby, Janice Jones, Terry and Kathy Jones; his close friends, Norm and Sandra Reese; and his brothers-in-law, Tom Boiter and Clayton Patton, Sr.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
