He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Lagroon Klugh; and his stepson Kelvin Darnell Cromer. He is survived by: his son Thurgood Klugh of Greenwood; his stepchildren, Stevie Cromer (Karmelita) of Dayton and Angenetta Cromer of Columbus Ohio; and his siblings, Janice Belding (Bruce) of Greenwood, Brenda Drinkard (Carter) of Matthews, Oscar Klugh, Jr. (Denise) of Greenwood, James Klugh (Janet) of Abbeville and G. Aaron Klugh (Laura) of Abbeville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
