He was predeceased by: his wife Cora Kemp Blair; his parents, Joseph Branson and Lona Belle Grant Blair; his brother Charles Edward Blair; and his close friend Betty Fuller.
He is survived by: his son Branson; his daughter-in-law Maja; his grandsons, Jack T. and Ronin D. Blair; and his sister Jo Anne Blair Burt.
