He was predeceased by: his parents, James R. "Jack" Sullivan and Sara Anderson Sullivan; and his brother Dan Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Wilma Joyce Griffith Sullivan; and his sisters, Aurelia Sullivan of Ware Shoals, Nyoda Gambrell (Rayford) of Ware Shoals and Wanda S. Woody of Clinton.
