He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick Stokes Turner and Ruby Mae Ransom Turner; and his siblings, Randolph, William, John, Lois, Dora and Betty.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Cost Turner; and his brother Coy Turner of Dayton, OH. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
