She was predeceased by: her husband Dewey Gordon Knight; her parents, Elzie Lee and Mary Etta Burnett Coursey; her grandmother Dot; her sons, Jerry L. Knight and David G. Knight; her siblings, Margie Newsome, Billy Coursey and James Coursey; and her grandchildren, Candy Long and River Knight.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Lothridge, Michael Wayne Knight and Walter Ray Knight (Gloria); and her grandchildren, Wendy Hovis, Jared Knight (Amanda), Chelsea Knight (Steven), Hayley Adams (Chris) and Adam Knight (Haley). She is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren; one great great granddaughter; and many nieces, nephews, and family friends.
