He is survived by: his wife Helen Dozier Sparks; his children, James Sparks (Sandy) of Johnston, SC, John Sparks (Kim) of Greenwood, SC and Luanda Reese (Ken) of Knoxville, TN; his grandchildren, Anna Brett Daniel (Chris) of Hanahan, SC, Sara Dowdy (Daniel) of Denver, NC, Kelli Henry (Kyree) of North Augusta, SC, Allison Reese of Columbia, SC, Brigham (Brett), Brenden Sparks (Caroline) of Greenwood, SC and Perian Reese of Knoxville, TN; and his great grandchildren, Clara, Emma, Seth Daniel, Henry, Patrick Dowdy and Ira Sparks.
