He is survived by: his wife Amber Kaylee Whitted Moreno; his parents, Sergio Moreno of Madera, CA and Teresa Finney Featherston; his stepfather Earl Robert Allen (Rob) of Martinville, VA; his children, Alexander Joseph Moreno, Gabriel Michael Moreno and Jasmine Jolee Moreno; his siblings, Scott Owen Franklin, Bryan Lee Franklin, Michael Moreno of Madera, CA, Laura Jane Moreno of Fresno, CA, Elizabeth Ann Moreno of Madera, CA, Margaret Moreno of Madera, CA and Candice Searing of Delmar, MD; and his close friend Justan Blair Witcher. He is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts, cousins.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mt. Lebanon United Methodist Church (772 Old Ninety Six Hwy, Greenwood, SC 29646).
