Clyde Marshall Long Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clyde Marshall Long of Greenwood, South Carolina, who passed away on October 22, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Clyde Marshall may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Clyde Marshall touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Edward Long and Mary Price Long; and his brother Ritchie Long. He is survived by: his brother Don Long (Vickie Knight Rogers) of Taylors. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Greenwood Memorial Gardens (3302 US-25, Hodges, SC 29653).
