He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernell Cleveland and Betty Campbell Hamlett; and his siblings, Everline "Lynn" Hamlett Reep, Marvin Lee Hamlett and Jody Bart Hamlett.
He is survived by: his wife Lisa Leslie Hamlett; his daughter Leslie Lemmons (Roy) of Epworth; his granddaughter Lydia Lemmons; his daughter Gina Hamlett of Greenwood; and his siblings, Clarence Bradley Hamlett (Amy) of Epworth, Beth Hamlett of Waterloo and Cheryl Blackwell (Charlie) of Greenwood.
