He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Kelley Sr. and Velma Anna Tran Kelley; his daughter Cheryl Kelley; and his siblings, Shirley, Wanda, Barb and Harvey.
He is survived by: his children, Paul Kelley (Kimberly), Scott Allen Kelley (Sandi) and Kathleen Sherman; and his grandchildren, Raymond Kelley (Christine), Morgan McElroy (Dusty), David Kelley, Hedi Sherman, Heather Sherman, Chris Sherman, Alex Smith and Brandon Lackey. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
