She was predeceased by: her parents, Lynn Kuryla and Mary Lou Fisher Benner. She is survived by: her husband Dale Hague; her children, TJ Hague (Ruben Garcia) and Kimberly Sue Jacobs (John); her brothers, Steven Kuryla and Ken Kuryla; and her grandson Jim Jacobs.
