He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Foggie and Ruth Foggie; his sister Hester Williams; and his daughter Yvonne Foggie (Doris Foggie). He is survived by: his children, Sharon Foggie of Greenwood, SC, Yvette Booker of Charlotte, NC, Soyna Foggie of Harrisburg, VA, Victor Foggie (Shirl) of Pheonix, AZ and Sidney Foggie of Hampton, VA.; and his siblings, Betty Foggie of Columbia, SC and Bobby Foggie (Martha Jean) of Greenwood, SC.. He is also survived by several loving grandchildren, cousins and countless friends.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Percival - Tompkins Chapel (330 Magnolia Ave, Greenwood, SC 29646). The lying in state was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM and from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Laurel Hill Baptist Church (101 River Fork Rd, Waterloo, SC 29384). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 8:00 PM. A burial was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at the same location.
