It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bret Eric Ellison (Greenwood, South Carolina), born in Sylacauga, Alabama, who passed away on January 14, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Ellison and Winnie Bentley Harrison; his brother Ben Harrison; and his stepfather Robert M. Harrison. He is survived by: his children, Karla Branham (Ronnie McIntosh) of Manning, SC and Pablo Ellison of California; his siblings, Chris Harrison (Abby) of Greenwood and Kelly Simpson of Greenwood; and his stepchildren, Ashley Royal, Gina Bice (Mark), Cynthia McDaniel Smith (Dan), Loretta Oleson and David McDaniel. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.
