It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bobbie Jean Harrison (Greenwood, South Carolina), who passed away on March 1, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son Antowan Harrison; her parents, Deacon Squire Williams Jr. and Edna Scott Williams; her siblings, Eddie Williams and Lillie Brown; and her nephew Willie Marcus Brown.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph Harrison; her daughter Bernita Norman (Zackary Norman Sr.); her grandchildren, Jalissa Norman, Zakia Norman and Zackary Norman Jr.; her great grandchild Janiyah Norman; her siblings, Rev. Ronnie Williams (Helen), Florine Caldwell (Frank) and Leonard Williams; and her siblings-in-law, Annie Lou Fuller (Willie), Ida Morton and Willie Brown. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The lying in state was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Flint Hill Missionary Baptist Church (706 Flint Hill Church Rd, Troy, SC 29848). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
