He was predeceased by: his nephew Greg Eaddy; and his great-nephew James Hall. He is survived by: his wife Denise Hellwig; his daughters, Stephanie [Eric] Pilkenton and Lisa [Keith] Fuller; his grandchildren, Jenna, Lexie, Ember Pilkenton, Hailey and Perry Fuller; his mother-in-law Arlene Hellwig; his sisters, Beth [Curt] Eaddy and Lynda [David] McConnell; and his sister-in-law Donna Rocker [Dwaine Sanders]. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
