He is survived by: his wife Judy Lancaster Kendall; his children, Bill (Laurie), Thommy (Sheri) and Dawn (Tomas); and his stepchildren, Tina (Larry), Debra (Chris), Mike (Tolya) and Jeff (Sheila). He is also survived by his grandchildren and step-grandchildren.
