He was predeceased by: his parents, William Leaster Greene and Sammie Lee Phillips Greene; and his son William Jeffrey Greene Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Donna Greene of Greenville, One; his son Marcus Lee Greene (Lisa) of Travelers Rest; his grandchildren, Alex Greene and Elizabeth Greene-Ferreira (Angel) of Travelers Rest, SC; his brother Scott Greene (Carla) of Greer, SC; his daughter-in-law Bridgette Prat; and his stepgranddaughter Lulu Prat of Brooklyn, NY..

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Trinity Lutheran Church of Greenville, SC., or to the Lutheran Hospice at 429 North Main Street Suite 3 Greenville, SC 29601.
