He was predeceased by: his father William Eugene Rhymer, Sr.; his wife Shirley Bennett Rhymer; and his brother Floyd Wilkes Rhymer. He is survived by: his children, Scott Rhymer (Ann), Michael Rhymer (Amy) and Lacey Cobb (Matt); and his grandchildren, Taylor, Megan Rhymer, Callie, Cayden Rhymer, Carson and Ethan Cobb. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a beloved extended family which included friends.
