He is survived by: his daughter Kylar Reese Burns; his grandmother Cindy Burns; his siblings, Tyler Burns (Olivia), Brandon Burns (Nate) and Courtney Pepper (Quailan); and his grandparents, Douglas Burns and Betty Joe Norris. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
