He is survived by: his wife Joy Jani Hawley; his children, Dr. Ariel Joy Hawley and Willard Prescott Hawley; and his siblings, Diane Johnson (Bruce), Dr. Philip Hawley, Jr. (Janelle), John Hawley (Barbara), Victor Hawley (Diane), Edward Hawley (Ned), Erin Przybocki (Kevin) and George Hawley (Jane).
