He was predeceased by: his wife Clara Wooten Neely; and his parents, E. Claude Neely and Velma Bayne Neely. He is survived by: his daughter Rhonda Burns (Scott) of Easley; his grandchildren, Randall Brown (Misty), Meredith Burns and Jamar Austin; his great grandchildren, Walter, Shuler Brown and Jaynia Austin; and his brother Rev. Eugene Neely (Mary). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
