He is survived by: his wife Nancy Marie Sanders (Reiter); his daughters, Christina Grant of Greenville, SC, Kimberly Mitchem (Dave) of Salem, SC and Suzanna Sanders Pruitt (Dennis Alan Pruitt Jr.) of Greenville, SC; and his grandchildren, Christopher Grant of Greenville, SC, Michael Charles Mitchem (Kateland Satterfield Mitchem) of Easley, SC, Emily Mitchem Ercolano (Emilio) of Charlotte, NC, Teresa Marie Pruitt and Adelle AvaGrace Pruitt of Greenville, SC..

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the McCall Hospice House located in Simpsonville, SC or to Upstate Warrior Solution of Greenville, SC.
