With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Virginia Lee Heaton of Greenville, South Carolina, born in Drayton, South Carolina, who passed away on January 28, 2023 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Bruce Heaton; her parents, Robert Lee and Minnie Lee McKee Patton; her son-in-law Rev. Clarence Allen; and her siblings, Agnes P. Hill, Rhunette P. Pym, Grace P. Ausburn and James Patton.
She is survived by: her children, Robert L. Heaton (Wanda) of Six Mile, SC. and Sandra H. Allen of Taylors, SC; her grandchildren, Lee Allen-Russ of Taylors, Stephanie H. Stephens (Bobby) of Six Mile, SC, Lynne Allen Corley (Shannon) of Franklin, GA and Rev. Lane Allen of Union, MO; and her great grandchildren, Jacob, Cole and Emilee Corley.
