With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Vicki Reynolds Putnam Carter of Greenville, South Carolina, born in Dillon, South Carolina, who passed away on February 20, 2023 at the age of 76. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dora Hyatt Eppes and Charles Benjamin Reynolds; and her stepfather Walter Eppes. She is survived by: her siblings, Patsy Reynolds Chitwood (Terry), Peggy Eppes Roper (Carlos), Christy Reynolds Pettigrew (Doug) and Richard Eppes (Emma). She is also survived by six nieces and six nephews.
