She was predeceased by: her parents, J. Eldridge Waldron Jr. and Muriel Dickinson Barnes; and her husband Eugene Ollie Getchell (Gene). She is survived by: her daughters, Gail Brooks (Kevin) of Bowling Green, KY and Gretchen Erwin (Joe) of Greenville, SC; her grandchildren, Christopher, Emily, Douglas and Valerie; her great grandchildren, Brooks, Ellie, Vaden, Halsey and Charlie; and her niece Paula Whisner.
