He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Henry Carter and Betty Jean Davis; and his daughter Karen Carter. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Cooper Carter; his children, Rusty Carter (Kaylie), Travis Jones, Trent Jones, Theris Carter (Sissy) and Michelle Senter (Rodney); and his brothers, Ronald Carter (Deirdre) and Ricky Carter (Cynthia). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
