She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Jefferson and Naomi Ingle; and her sister Carolyn I. Anderson. She is survived by: her husband Bobby L. Greene; her children, Jeff Greene (Wanda) and Gina Chemell (David); her grandchildren, Brantley Coker (Will), Michael Chemell, Mitchell Chemell (Katherine), Jeffrey Greene and Brooke Greene; her great grandchild Jackson Coker; and her brother TJ Ingle (Lura).
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations in memory of Tommie Greene be made to a local church or Open Arms Hospice, 1836 West Georgia Rd Simpsonville, SC 29680.
