He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Garner and Minnie Hill Garner; and his sister Blanche Garner Hall of Snellville, GA. He is survived by: his wife Linda Childress Garner; his daughters, Toni Moore (Carter) of Indian Trail, NC and Shelli Keagle (Jon) of Atlanta, GA; and his grandchildren, Drew, Chase Moore, Matthew and William Keagle.
