We are sad to announce that on June 26, 2024, at the age of 71, Susan Morris of Greenville, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Susan departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Susan. Though Susan may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roosevelt Showers and Minni Applewhite Showers; and her siblings, Joseph Showers, Mary Ann Wright, Louise Showers and Edward.
She is survived by: her husband Curtis Morris; her children, James Gay (Telephia), David Gay and Ecstacy Gay; and her siblings, Marilyn Powers, Marvin Showers (Rosa) and Roosevelt Showers (Nadirah). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
