He was predeceased by: his parents, June Smith and Charles Smith; and his sister Donna Harvey. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Segler Smith; his sons, Stephen Daniel Smith and Michael Brian Smith; his siblings, Chuck Smith (Beth), David Smith (Patty), Mark Smith (Lynette), Karen Moshtaghi (Mo) and Greg Smith (Kathleen); his sister-in-law Dee Lieberg (Jerry); his aunt Joyce Remsberg; and his uncle Ronnie Smith. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
