She was predeceased by: her parents, Monroe McDonald and Mabel McDonald; her husband Emery "Bud" Hawkins; and her brother William Bennett McDonald. She is survived by: her daughter Gina Fellows (Gareth) of Ontario, Canada; her stepchildren, Cindy Ann Hawkins (Van) of Belton, Vicky Chapman of Pelzer and Emery Hawkins II of Piedmont; her grandchildren, Megan and Casey Fellows of Ontario, Canada; and her sisters, Peggy Hobson of Charlotte and Bunny Phillips (Glenn) of Greer.
