As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Schuyler Vaughn may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sylvia Smith McElrath; his daughters, Eboni Brown of Greenville, SC and Aalyah McElrath of Greenville, SC; and his sister Dr. Lydia Braggs of Greer, SC.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Resthaven Memorial Gardens (1655 Piedmont Hwy, Piedmont, SC 29673).
