With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Bright Bauers (Greenville, South Carolina), who passed away on July 16, 2023 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William Bauers; her parents, William Bright and Lillian Burnes Bright; her daughter Thresa Gilstrap; and her former husband Joe Preston Owens.
She is survived by: her daughter Brenda Owens; her son-in-law Max Gilstrap; her grandchildren, Brian Gilstrap (Tasha) and Amy London (Chase); her great grandchildren, Julianne, Luke, Ellis and Dean; her stepdaughter Andrea Ajoudani (Anthony); and her stepgrandson Keith.
