He is survived by: his children, Corey Smith (Taucia) and Nikki Welborn (Chip); his brother Randy Smith (Sheila); his nieces, Mackenzie Hudson (Austin) and Joanna Smith; his nephew Cole Smith; his great-nieces, Maci and Pearl; and his grandchild Baby Welborn.
