He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Senior and Rufus Phelps Senior. He is survived by: his wife Linda McConneughey; his siblings, Frank (Anita), Bernice (Robert) and Author James; his children, Victoria, Victor, Connie, Lawrence and Angela; and his grandchildren, Muriel, Marcus, Maxine, Sheldon, Tiffany, Donnell, Paulie, Nee Nee, Daniel, Bryan, Brittany, Malik, Lexi, Desiree, Dijanea, Layla and Lilly. He is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
