She was predeceased by: her parents, Florencio Valdez and Mercedez Valdez. She is survived by: her husband Charles Louis Griffin, Sr.; and her children, Annette Baxter (Stacey) of Ocala, FL, Joyly Jones (Richard) of Norfolk, VA, Angelita Williams (Vincent) of Elgin, SC and Charles Louis Griffin, Jr. of Philadelphia, PA. She is also survived by seven sisters, seven brothers, twelve grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
