He is survived by: his girlfriend Pearlie Copeland; his stepsons, Gerald Copeland of Houston, TX and Chris Copeland of Gray Court; and his siblings, Grover Shaw, Jr., Allean Sullivan, Bernice McDaniel, Shirley Sullivan (James), Annie Lou Wharton (Billy), Edistine Shaw, Linda Shaw Thomas (Johnny), Carolyn Young and Towanda McDowell (Johnny). He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
